Because of this support, Roots has been able to open doors that simply wouldn’t have existed otherwise. It has created opportunities for children to build confidence, face challenges, and develop the life skills they need to grow into resilient, capable young people.
Roots™ is Synergy CIC’s flagship initiative, delivering structured, supportive experiences that help young people build resilience, independence and a stronger sense of identity within their community. Through outdoor and community-based activities, we help reduce screen time, reconnect young people with nature, and encourage teamwork, trust and responsibility through real-world experience.
Together, we’ve built more than a programme – we’ve built a space for growth, belonging and positive change. Thank you for being part of it.
